The bluebird story

Happiness found a home in Hixson.

Chatta-Cakes began at home, with a stay-at-home mom decorating cakes for her own children. Family cakes became friends’ cakes, and a lifelong love of baking grew into a neighborhood bakery.

The bluebird honors a beloved mother and her reminder that the right name would come when it was time. “Chatta-Cakes” arrived in a dream—part Chattanooga, part pat-a-cake, and completely personal.
